We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
International Orders For customers in the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom, we understand that international returns can be costly. At our discretion, we may offer a full refund or free replacement without requiring the item to be returned. Simply contact us and we'll make it right.
How to Request a Return Contact us at alvingor27@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care or hygiene items
- Gift cards
Refunds Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at alvingor27@gmail.com.
Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order.
